As we continue to look at the ‘goals’ of the UN we see Goal 16 Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels.[1] This what the Communist Manifesto calls social justice. Those that don’t want to work will be taken care of by the government by taking from those that do produce to ‘sustain’ those who won’t work. This will also include the removal of borders and anyone who wants to come to America can. There will be no restrictions and they will probably be a protected class of people. Those that resist will be harassed by the IRS and any other federal agency that they can use to keep ‘unruly’ people under their thumb.
This is the communist agenda on steroids. Individuals will be required to do things that benefit the masses not the individual. Protected classes of people will no doubt include the homosexual community. They will have special privileges that the average person will not enjoy. Those coming in from foreign nations will be given special status at the cost of the legal citizen. We have seen this implemented under the Obama administration. Illegals coming over our southern border were given all the freebies that should only be for American citizens, welfare, food stamps, housing, medical care, education and many others. They get all this and we have veterans sleeping on the street and not getting the medical attention they need and were promised.
They want peaceful and inclusive societies. That means they will not allow any dissent. If you complain, you may disappear, like in Stalin’s Russia and Hitler’s Germany, never to be heard from again. When they talk about “Inclusive institutions” they are referring to corporations that follow the government’s concept of social justice that get special tax structures, grants and government contracts. Again we saw a lot of this in the Obama administration. Certain classes of people will be exempt from some laws. We saw in Obama’s first term people admitting voting more than once, a felony, not prosecuted at all simply because these people were black. Even the Black Panther thug, Shabazz, standing outside a voting precinct with a club warning people that they had better vote for Obama. He was prosecuted under Bush, but Eric Holder dropped the case. Attorney General Eric Holder finally got fed up Tuesday with claims that the Justice Department went easy in a voting rights case against members of the New Black Panther Party because they are African American.
Holder’s frustration over the criticism became evident during a House Appropriations subcommittee hearing as Rep. John Culberson (R-Texas) accused the Justice Department of failing to cooperate with a Civil Rights Commission investigation into the handling of the 2008 incident in which Black Panthers in intimidating outfits and wielding a club stood outside a polling place in Philadelphia.
The Attorney General seemed to take personal offense at a comment Culberson read in which former Democratic activist Bartle Bull called the incident the most serious act of voter intimidation he had witnessed in his career.
“Think about that,” Holder said. “When you compare what people endured in the South in the 60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, and to compare what people were subjected to there to what happened in Philadelphia—which was inappropriate, certainly that…to describe it in those terms I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line, who risked all, for my people,” said Holder, who is black.[2] Holder even went as far as declaring that he had great discretion in enforcing federal laws: Attorney General Eric Holder maintained Tuesday that he has a “vast amount” of discretion in how the Justice Department prosecutes federal law.
Holder’s remarks, during testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, came in response to GOP accusations that he is flouting the law with his department’s positions on marijuana legalization, criminal sentencing and a contentious provision of the president’s signature healthcare law.
Leading the questioning was House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), who asked Holder whether he believed there were any limits to the administration’s prosecutorial discretion.
“There is a vast amount of discretion that a president has — and, more specifically, that an attorney general has,” Holder responded. “But that discretion has to be used in an appropriate way so that your acting consistent with the aims of the statute but at the same time making sure that you are acting in a way that is consistent with our values, consistent with the Constitution and protecting the American people.”
Holder said the Justice Department must defend federal laws on the books unless it concludes that “there is no basis to defend the statute.”
He cited, for example, the administration’s decision no longer to defend the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), which prohibited same-sex couples from receiving certain federal benefits. That position, Holder noted, was upheld by the Supreme Court, which later struck down main provisions of the statute.
Republicans on the panel argued, however, that the Obama administration has gone to unprecedented lengths in its liberal use of discretion on several fronts.
“All of this demonstrates a pattern on the part of the Obama administration to ignore or rewrite the very legislation that places limits on the executive branch authority, for purely political purposes,” Goodlatte said.[3]
This is the nation’s top cop whose job it is to enforce the laws but he decided that he had the right to only enforce the laws he liked: The federal government will not enforce laws that the Obama Administration does not like, a top-level law enforcement official said today.
Deputy Attorney General Anita Bath said a comprehensive review of federal laws is under way to determine which laws the Administration wants enforced.
“It is unfortunate that John Morton of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) said Friday that his agency might not process undocumented immigrants turned over by Arizona officials,” she said. “We were planning to do exactly what he said, but we didn’t want to announce it to the public because of the sensitive nature of this matter.
“For now people should just relax, especially undocumented immigrants. Be assured that this President, unlike previous Presidents, will not enforce laws just because Congress passed them. Any law that President Obama or his cabinet considers unconstitutional, poorly conceived, unfortunate or misguided will not be supported.
“This President will not be swayed by public opinion, court rulings or Congressional dictates. The American people hired him to change America fundamentally, and in order to do that he must act independently and with great courage.”
Marshall Law, assistant secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, said the administration will consider the wishes of other countries, particularly Canada and Mexico.[4]
We saw a preview of Agenda 2030 during the Obama administration where laws were only for the common people and not for the protected class. All American’s are supposed to be the ‘protected class’ but not with the New World Order crowd.
We are headed in that direction. The Bible says it will happen. We can’t stop it but we can slow it down. We can be informed and ready for whatever happens. We have a choice.
