It has become far too common for people to toss around terms used to label others, without any attention to the accuracy of those terms or labels. It’s become a common practice to attack those they think are political opponents, with labels like “racist, bigot, fascist, insurrectionist, or homophobe,” simply as a means of trying to quash all voices of dissent.
Most of the time, the people engaged in these activities lack even a basic understanding of the terms they toss around. They have been Pavlov trained to simply use these labels to silence the voices of anyone who holds a difference of opinion, no matter the subject matter. Usually, the people engaged in this activity themselves are guilty of the very things they accuse others of. They don’t even know that “fascism, socialism, communism, Naziism, Maoism, and Marxism” are all just different labels for the same thing, extreme-left totalitarianism.
But when it comes to legal terms, like Treason, these terms have a very specific definition and meaning, and the related laws pay no attention to which side of the partisan fence one sits on. These terms are specific and universal, without any consideration for the alleged political leanings of the actor or actors.
When “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere,” it’s called Treason, as a matter of established law under 18 USC Ch. 115: §2381.
When “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State,” it’s called Misprision of treason under §2382.
When “Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto,” §2383 calls this Rebellion or insurrection.
- 2384 refers to “If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof,” as Seditious conspiracy.
If you want to study the rest of these laws, here you go! All of the subsections are forms of treason.
So, what should we call it when an individual or group of individuals works to overthrow our Constitutional form of government, our Republican form guaranteed every State in the Union and every legal citizen in the U.S. Constitution?
What should we call it when taxpayer-funded NGOs work to silence the voice of American citizens, engage in the greatest foreign invasion of our country, aid and abet illegal invaders, or back known pro-terrorist groups causing massive chaos, destruction, and terror in our city streets?
What should we call it when a political party sets its sights upon taking down our Constitutional Republic and replacing it with a “socialist democracy” via “mob rule” in our elections and streets?
What should we call it when foreign terrorists or violent gangs invade our country to establish operations designed and intended to terrorize American citizens, rape, murder, rob and burn American cities, with the help, funding, and protection of political figures who took an oath the prevent any such things from ever happening on our soil?
What should we call it when thousands of American kids were intentionally brainwashed by “education” into aiding and abetting the likes of Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, Al Qaeda and ISIS? …Or attacking fellow students simply because they were born into the Jewish faith?
What should we call it when elected, appointed or for-hire public servants take actions against the United States and all legal American citizens, in some twisted global Marxist “reset” designed to end American sovereignty, security, peace and prosperity?
What should we call it when an entire “news media” industry, and academia, work in concert with anti-American politicians, NGOs and corrupted federal agencies, to aid and abet known enemies of the USA which are attacking, undermining, silencing, prosecuting, jailing and destroying the lives of innocents simply for daring to utter an ounce of truth?
Yes, the USA is full of treasonous actors at present. Treason is happening all day every day, on a wholesale level and nobody seems to notice, or care enough to end it.
Last, but far from least…what should we call it when our judicial system has become the most dangerous organization in the USA, using English Common Law to undermine and destroy Constitutional Law, and rob every legal citizen of their Natural Rights as endowed by our Creator?
If you made it this far, then you know quite well what all of these acts are called under existing U.S. Code. You also know why “death” is the appropriate sentence for anyone convicted of treason in the USA. There is no other adequate remedy for someone so evil. But who is ever charged with these high crimes, much less convicted?
Yes, I know what I’m saying here, and I know how unpopular this information will be to all who are guilty of these acts and worse. But tell me, if there is no penalty for treason in the USA, how can there even be a USA?
How much longer can the USA survive treason from within? Who is the “someone” supposed to “do something” about it?
