What started off with Western ranchers being harassed by the Federal Government’s unconstitutional environmental agencies unrelenting grip on these ranchers, ended up with Hammonds and the Bundys in a standoff with the federal government at Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. Approximately 100 to 150 armed militia took control of a closed Wildlife Park Headquarters approximately 30 miles from Burns, Oregon in an effort to draw attention to a ridiculous arrest of Dwight Lincoln Hammond, Jr., 73, and his son, Steven Dwight Hammond, 46, who were scheduled to begin five year prison sentences for some ridiculous charge. BTW, those 800,000 laid off government workers during the government shut down were all from unconstitutional agencies.
Cliven D. Bundy had been involved for several weeks in the background striving to understand and comprehend this dilemma unfolding in Harney County, Oregon due to a silly unintentional fire caused by the Hammonds which caused no damage to anyone. Bundy claimed the United States Justice Department had NO jurisdiction or authority within the State of Oregon, County of Harney over this type of ranch management and Hammond and his son picked an isolated place to take a stand for as long as it took – a refuge way out in the desert where it can get -10 or so at night.
On January 20, Oregon governor Kate Brown called the takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refugee “absolutely intolerable” as more militiamen from around the country drove in truck by truck to join the cause. Bundy reportedly met with his top-ranking counterparts for several hours but kept a tight lip about what was actually discussed. Following is a 26 minute complete video footage of a joint FBI and Oregon State Police traffic stop and OSP officer-involved shooting of Robert “LaVoy” Finicum along Oregon Highway 395 near milepost 50 in Harney County. Oregon’s transgender Democrat governor, Kate Brown, has blood on her hands.
As a comparison to “real domestic terrorists” and how they are treated, I’m reminded of what happened in Portland, Oregon since the Malheur story three years ago when ANTIFA took over a federal ICE building for many days in 2018 holding the employees hostage while burning an old man’s truck because he had a sticker on it they didn’t like. They controlled traffic and made life miserable for Portlanders but the Mayor of Portland refused to defend the federal agents in their building and police were told to “stand down.”
Now the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge was in a rural area 30 miles from Burns but Oregon’s governor, the Harney County sheriff and state law enforcement resources were used to Marshall against and planned for an ambush in the middle of nowhere of what they determined were White Supremacists and hate groups which ultimately ended in the tragic killing of LaVoy Finicum who had no history of white supremacy, bigotry or a member of such groups and in fact never had a speeding ticket in his entire life was killed.
THE RUSSIAN COLLUSION AND THE REST OF THE STORY
Perhaps at this juncture it should be noted on May 1, 2014, President Barack Obama signed an Executive Order to legalize BLM’s land grab and what we never saw mentioned in the MSM, the tragedy in Oregon began years earlier during the time when Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State in the Obama Administration and was approached by Russian officials in Washington who were interested in buying land in Oregon where high-grade uranium ore had been discovered on just what happened to be the Hammond Ranch on the Malheur Wildlife Refuge that completely surrounds the ranch. Secretary Clinton had allegedly asked the Russians to make a substantial contribution to the Clinton Foundation and then contacted the Bureau of Land Management to make “arrangements” for the BLM to declare “imminent domain”  to purchase that land and then sell it to the Russians.
Now, LaVoy, a rancher from Arizona, was simply one of many patriotic constitutionalists who arrived to support the Hammonds. The picture of him standing next to militia member, Jon Ritzheimer during a press briefing at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge was taken on January 15, 2016 – eleven days later LaVoy Finicum was dead having been shot at a road block standoff.
Jon Ritsheimer, was a young marine, who went to help when he found out what the BLM and other agencies were doing to the ranchers. It was his untimely death and the Wrongful Death Lawsuit being brought against the individuals involved in the shooting of her husband and his lack of due process that brought his widow, Jeannette, to Salem on January 29th on the 3rd anniversary as a little Memorial and fund- raising opportunity to help in her Wrongful Death Lawsuit. Jeannette said the media is not responsible for reporting the truth anymore and, of course we know President Trump calls them FAKE NEWS.  Speaking at the Salem event were two attorneys, Mark Herr, a documentarian from THE CENTER FOR SELF GOVERNANCE and Jeannette. Mark also debuted one to three of the pilots of the documentary series he has produced about LaVoy’s life because he had been labeled and lynched and so miserably betrayed by the mainstream media. In Mark Herr’s documentary called DEAD MAN TALKING we can hear LaVoy speak for himself. Jeannette said from a young lad forward, LaVoy had always been interested in the workings of our government and she said in the 32 years of their marriage, there was always the portrait of kneeling George Washington in prayer in their home.
Mark said he knew nothing about the Bundy rally initially but it turned out with his cell phone and hand held camera he actually filmed the BUNDY STAND OFF IN 2012 with FBI agents, snipers and helicopters, airplanes and Mark realized then how close it had become to physical confrontations.   It’s now on his UTUBE channel – CENTER FOR SELF GOVERNANCE- 60 minutes. It’s called the BUNDY STAND OFF and illustrates Mark’s perspective on what LaVoy called DUAL FEDERALISM. Mark called his meeting in 2012 with Jeannette at the Bundy event DIVINE PROVIDENCE and as I listened to the radio interview, I was reminded of the day LaVoy was shot and I saw it on TV.
Jeannette feels LaVoy’s life was not the narrative the mainline media reported during the Malheur event, so it has been the desire of Jeannette and their 12 children to engage in efforts to make people aware of how LaVoy had lived his life and his belief system and fortunately LaVoy had made nine hours of video of himself educating the American people on his stand on DUAL FEDERALISM vs COOPERATIVE FEDERALISM (Constitutional Republic –vs- Democracy/Socialism also known as “Consensus” diametrically opposed to the Judeo-Christian world.)Â

PUBLIC EDUCATION NO LONGER TEACHES CIVICS
Because public education no longer teach civics it’s up to parents so when Jeannette was asked what type of impact she believed the documentaries were having,  she said there is one thing most people understand even with their busy lives and the divide between the political parties, what will resonate in their hearts is DUAL FEDERALISM from the 18th century which has been replaced by a new political doctrine called COOPERATIVE FEDERALISM. Mark’s documentaries are available to any group to educate the average citizens with hearts for FREEDOM, LIBERTY AND PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS who are interested in learning and asking the same kind of questions Mark had been asking: What’s gone wrong with our country and the big divide that suddenly labels even the Founding Fathers as terrorists. FEDERAL LAW TRAINING INSTRUCTOR CALLS FOUNDERS TERRORISTS
Mark said there is video taken by individuals who were receiving training from Federal Law Enforcement regarding threats to the U.S. and the training instructor refers to the Founders as terrorists of their day and that terrorists of our day are “ring wing” Constitutionalists and are lumped in with White Supremacy, bigotry, hatred, Fascism, Hitler, etc. The American citizen is not the enemy as described in the Patriot Act and this must be changed, says Mark and he hopes his documentaries will help in that effort.
POLITICAL CORRECTNESS AT ITS WORST
Many readers will recognize those famous words: “For the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of DIVINE PROVIDENCE, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our Sacred Honor” and fifty-six men signed that Declaration of Independence, knowing when they signed that they were risking everything. They were lawyers, merchants, farmers and large plantation owners – educated men of independent means and all were leaders in their respective colonies.  In addition to the government public schools no longer teaching civics, the names of these signers have been emasculated from the history books by the revisionists. A story in the 1/28/2002 WASHINGTON TIMES said George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin were not included in the revised version of the New Jersey Department of Education history standards – a move some critics view as political correctness at its worst. And the February calendar shows Abraham Lincoln’s birthday as the 12th and George Washington’s on the 18th – also President’s Day. You could have fooled me because I thought Washington’s was in January but his birthday was moved to accommodate Communist Martin Luther King, Jr. birthday on the 21st.
IS COMMUNISM DEAD? ONE HUNDRED FIFTY YEARS TOO LATE
One of the Communist Goals from the Congressional Record dated Jan. 10, 1963 indicated the Communists should get control of the schools and use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda, soften the curriculum and get control of teachers’ associations and put the party line in textbooks. Also, get control of student newspapers, use student riots to ferment public protests against programs or organization which are under Communist attack, infiltrate the Press and gain control of key positions in radio, T.V. and motions pictures. I TOLD YOU SO
Those who watched the President’s SOTU speech on Feb. 5th watched Democrat House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi and former candidate for President of the United States, Congressman Bernie Sanders remain seated when President Trump mentioned the word SOCIALISM! But Vladimir Lenin said, “The goal of socialism is communism” and I fear we may already be in over our heads with communism so is President Trump’s vow we will never be a socialist country already 150 years too late? One of the first articles I wrote for News With Views on Oct. 15, 2001, I asked: IS COMMUNISM DEAD? We don’t hear the word “McCarthyism” used so often today but the longtime smear campaign by the media clouded the truth and to agree with McCarthy would not have been politically correct; however, I can hear his voice coming from the grave: I TOLD YOU SO.
The 10/8/2018 NEW AMERICAN magazine published by the John Birch Society (JBS) told how Joseph McCarthy of Wisconsin began his heroic efforts to expose the enemies within our most secret councils and to drain the Communist-infested swamp in Washington, D.C. Naturally, the DAILY WORKER and other official Communist Party publications immediately launched a nonstop, vicious attack of lies and disinformation against him. That was not in the least surprising, since that is what communists always and everywhere do when threatened with exposure. In so doing, they are simply following once again the instructions of Vladimir Lenin, who said: “WE CAN AND MUST WRITE IN THE LANGUAGE WHICH SOWS AMONG THE MASSES HATE, REVULSION, SCORN, AND THE LIKE, TOWARD THOSE WHO DISAGREE WITH US.” The JBS had it’s 60th anniversary on Oct. 8, 2018. Because our media is not responsible for reporting the truth anymore most of the time their agenda is promoting COOPERATIVE FEDERALISM, said Jeannette. Their topics demonize good folks and lynch people in America that are trying to stand for Constitutional principles. (McCarthy) She says hopefully her Wrongful Death Lawsuit will bring forth accountability for the officers who lied and obstructed justice by taking evidence from the scene to cover up their own crime. She said we have great men and women who serve on police forces, FBI, CIA that go into this line of work but when they become corrupt, commit crimes, cover up and place weapons on someone, this must be exposed and fortunately Jeannette says, “we have nine hours of an unsecured scene.”
Look at what has happened within the FBI in the last few years since LaVoy was killed – Comey, Loretta Lynch, etc.  We must have to be able to trust these men and women and if not, she says,  they need to be gone and Jeannette is hoping to be a part of that reform. In the interview, Jeff asked how LaVoy’s death changed their views and he admitted it had been an eye opener for him. Jeff was an Oregon legislator from 1999-2007and a 5th generation farmer who understands what it is like to fight for the ability to make a living off the land but he was unaware of how much the federal government controls and how their policies impact the concept of LIBERTY in the lives of so many like LaVoy and Jeannette, the Bundys, the Hammonds and others and the concept of DUAL FEDERALISM is something most people don’t consider especially since the USA PATRIOT ACT, with very little debate, was signed into law by President Bush on Oct. 26, 2001 after the Twin towers on Sept. 11 was brought down not by airplanes but by dynamite, gave law enforcement officials broader authority to conduct electronic surveillance and wiretaps, and gives the president the authority, when the nation is under attack, to confiscate any property within U.S. jurisdiction of anyone believed to be engaging in such attacks.
In closing, it should be noted all those patriots involved at Malheur were eventually found “not guilty” by a jury in Multnomah County, Oregon and yet the system wanted to make Hammonds still do jail time until President Trump intervened. The final outcome of Jeannette’s Wrongful Death Lawsuit is yet to be determined but she names 13 people including the FBI, Oregon State Police and Governor Kate Brown and the CENTER FOR BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY. Jeannette says the CENTER is huge and is involved in all of these types of cases and they seem to have a great deal of clout. When they speak, they are quoted in the press.
Ron Ewart in his article THE FUTILITY OF THE OREGON ARMED STAND OFF predicted the ranchers will become nameless martyrs in a long war against rising government tyranny, even though the ranchers’ honorable goal was to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. But Jeannette says she continues to keep LaVoy’s legacy alive with annual memorials. The only regret she has is that LaVoy is not around to see his 12 children and the grandchildren grow up.
