“The axe is already laid at the root of the trees, every tree therefore that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.” (Matthew 3:10)

“There is a way that seems right unto a man but the way is the way of death.” (Proverbs 14:12)

I am saying some hard things today that has needed to be said for a long time now.  America has reached the tipping point that will bring more serious judgments of God to this nation because the church in this nation is rebellious by refusing to obey the Lord Jesus Christ.   In the days ahead, visible churches with structures and organizations will be an unnecessary and dangerous place to be and they will be preoccupied with survival, security, and protecting their buildings and religion systems.

Throughout the Old Testament when God created Adam and Eve, when God called Abraham, Noah, Joseph, Moses, and others, when God’s People were delivered out of Egypt and were in the wilderness experience, God told them upfront that He expected obedience from them.  In the Book of Jeremiah, God told the prophet Jeremiah not to pray for the people anymore because He was tired of their burnt offerings, sacrifices and religious ceremonies.  In Jeremiah 7:23-24,  God  finally restated what He has always wanted from His people and leaders, “But this is what I commanded them, “Obey My voice and I will be your God and you will be My people; and you will walk in all the ways which I command you, that it may be well with you.  Yet they did not obey or incline their ear, but walked in their own counsels and in the stubbornness of their evil heart and went backward and not forward.”

How can Christians today read the Old Testament and New Testament and not realize that God wanted His people to obey Him?   In Luke 12:48b, Jesus said, “And from everyone who has been given much shall much be required and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more.”   Anyone with a brain knows that Moses and the others did not get but a fraction of revelation of truth and light we in the New Testament era have received.   Isn’t it amazing that those in the Old Testament having received little, God demanded much, but we in the New Testament era having received much, we think and act like God expects little.

This is the nonsense going on in the Evangelical, Pentecostal, Catholic and other religious systems today.   In these religious systems today, they have created a Jesus in their image and an easy belief system by loosing the demands of God on Salvation and the obedience it requires.  Be warned, one does not enter the Kingdom of God by casual mental ascent or by believing a bunch of historical facts such as “Yes I know Jesus died for me.  Yes Jesus loves me” presented in these Evangelical, Pentecostal, Catholic and other religious systems today.   Salvation is God’s Spirit moving upon you and convicting you to see your horrible sin against deity in need of a Savior and the gift of pardon and forgiveness.   Jesus said in Mathew, “Truly, truly I say to you, unless one is born again of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God.  That which is born of the flesh is flesh and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

Do not marvel that I said you must be born again.”  He becomes your Savior and Lord because you covenant and come into agreement with Him to OBEY Him all the days of your life.   Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.  The main reason church members and pastors don’t obey the Lord Jesus Christ is their flesh is hostile to God and will not obey the Word of God.  They are yet still in their flesh and not the Spirit of God.   In Matthew 13, in the parable of the sower, Jesus had before Him a multitude (which in the Greek is more people than you can count) and Jesus loved every one of them but he left them there by the seashore in their need and sin because they closed their eyes and ears and heart to Him and refused to understand.  In John 2:23-24, “Now when He was in Jerusalem at the Passover during the feast, many believed in His name, behold His signs which He was doing.

But Jesus, on His part, was not entrusting Himself to them, for He knew all men and because He did not need anyone to bear witness concerning man for He Himself know what was in man.”  A crowd came to Jesus saying we believe as a result of what we see and Jesus refused to commit Himself to them because He knew what was in their heart and He does not need their testimony.    Jesus rejected their claim of faith because it was built on sight.    “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”   Faith is not mental ascent, faith is not historical facts, faith is not what you see but faith is active obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ.   Today our Evangelical, Pentecostal, Catholic and other religious systems in America are full of people who are deceived and lost and who have given mental ascent and committed to the historical facts about Jesus but never to the LORD JESUS CHRIST.

They have never seen or been convicted of their horrible sin against Diety.  These small or megachurches which carry the name of Evangelical, Pentecostal, Catholic and other names are full of people like the ones Jesus rejected in the parable of the sower and John 2:23-24 because of their easy belief system that requires no obedience.  When I pastored or attended Baptist and Pentecostal churches, they were full of people like the Rich Young Ruler that refused to obey the Lord Jesus Christ.  The disobedient of these Evangelical and other Churches today is proof enough when pastors and church members will not repent or lead their churches to become engaged in the spiritual war raging in their nation between good and evil.  These pastors and church members are cowards and have no courage from the Lord because they do not walk in the Spirit of God but their flesh Salvation is a daily, personal intimate relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

Your life is being changed to reflect His life.  He is a person that you can hear, know and love and walk with and obey.  You are His servant, son or friend and you obey every word of the Lord Jesus that proceeds out of His mouth.  It is dying to our flesh and walking in the Spirit as He walks.  Anything less is sin and demands repentance and a change in your life.  The average church member in a big or small religious system today, has no idea of what dying to self, daily relationships and obedience are all about.

To the average church member – Evangelical, Pentecostal, Catholic or any other religious organization in America, church to them is somewhere you go on Sunday, hear a smooth sermonette and go back into the world to live your life your way.  They are the reason this nation is going downward toward evil and not upward toward God.  FOR THIS REASON, THE REMNANT OF GOD, MUST COME OUT FROM AMONG THESE CARNAL AND WORLDLY FLESH POTS FOR OUR SAFETY, SPIRITUAL SURVIVAL AND MINISTRY TO THIS NATION AND WORLD AND MEET IN HOMES AS THEY DID IN THE FIRST CENTURY.  (My thanks to Evangelist Richard Owens Roberts for his insight on the gospel)  God bless, I remain His minister.
