Today, in 2025, a Muslim-Communist named Zohran Mamdani, born in Uganda, competes to become the next mayor of New York City. He stated that he supports Hamas in their attempts to exterminate Israel. He supports “Intifada” globally to exterminate all Jews from the planet. He demands that NYC dismantle its police force to be replaced by social workers. He works toward freezing rents.
You see adults and teens staring down at their cell phones at every conceivable location in the world. You may see them tapping on their cell phones at bus stops, in the park, while riding their bicycles, while skiing, in the weight room, at the pool, on the beach, while attending a lecture, in church, in classrooms…virtually everywhere in America and around the world.
In this life, there is nothing more important than your health. Money, fame, status mean nothing if you lack good health. You need to eat right to keep slim, such as the Mediterranean Diet, exercise one hour daily, maintain your spiritual balance whether church or meditation, and keep learning. We’re seeing our own elected officials turning against our laws. If this kind of “elected lawlessness” continues, we could see America reduced to a “Bananas Republic” with no cohesion, patriotism, no single language, no cohesive culture, no dominant religion and now no sense of responsibility to our Constitution. If that Communist Muslim Mamdani wins the mayorship of New York City, that’s one more step in losing our country to mass immigration.
As you witnessed those 11 anarchists shooting up ICE officers in Texas, you’re seeing Governor Newsom of California and Los Angeles Mayor Bass defying Federal Law. Both of them are too stupid to address the fact that California races toward adding 20 million more people, net gain, by 2050. Again, as illegal numbers grow, law and order cannot be maintained.
A guy is reading the paper standing next to Mamdani, “There’s an ad running inviting New York businesses to Pennsylvania if you get elected mayor.” Mandani replied, “Just because I support global extermination of the Jews, Marxism, and taxing white people—shouldn’t be a big deal.” The man with the paper said, “How could that fly in America?” Mamdani said, “I got the vote.”
Let’s celebrate July 4th because every American lives in the most profoundly fortunate “essential country” in the world. America’s Constitution remains the hallmark for governance on this planet. Every citizen enjoys the freedom to chase his or her dreams, live their lives in peace, and succeed in hundreds of lines of work, play or choices.
This past weekend, “Gay Pride” LGBTQ parades flourished in large cities across America. Approximately 5.5 percent of Americans identify as homosexuals, bisexuals, lesbians, queers, transgenders and other forms of sexual expressions and/or perversions. That equates to around 14 million people who live a lifestyle outside the norms of average American society.
If you disagree with this commentary, please give me some ideas on how we can make America better. How can we escape dingbats like AOC, Maxine Waters, Rashida Tlaib, Hank Johnson, Jasmine Crockett and many more? Would you not agree that we need academic standards and IQ tests passed by our national leaders. Or, do you want dumb people managing our national affairs?

We will receive term limits by voting into office elected officials who campaigned for such passage. We can also write our senators and House members in such large numbers that we make it a national calling. The one thing that our third president, Thomas Jefferson wrote, “Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”, continues to ring true in my mind for all of my lifetime. I am thankful for the luck and the privilege of being a citizen of the United States of America. That “luck” afforded me a life of personal choices and opportunities in whatever path I chose to live this amazing journey that all Americans may choose.
Let’s look at the realities throughout America’s civilization. A 747 jet plane limits its passenger number to exactly 416. Not one more person will be allowed onto that plane. A restaurant shows a limit of 110 people because that’s its maximum seating. A pool limits its swimmers to 80 to make sure its lifeguards can safely watch them.
As to transgenders, the fact remains: a DNA biological male can “identify” as a female all “he/she” wants, but his XY chromosomes will NEVER be changed into XX chromosomes. “His” or “her” mind may choose another gender, but his body will never switch genders no matter how many drugs he/she/it injects or consumes.
Fact: Mixing one culture into another never works. Mixing multiple cultures into other cultures doesn’t work. Diversity doesn’t work. Mixing religions never works. Mixing tribes never works. Mixing “world views” fails on every level. Mixing languages in one country leads to linguistic chaos in that country.
Why do you figure American taxpayers send billions to Israel to protect them from Muslim aggression, but U.S. AID has been sending millions to support Islamic terrorism in the Middle East? In other words, we American taxpayers are getting screwed by the unelected bureaucrats working for U.S. AID—every which way but loose!
Shoplifters in America steal over $100 billion annually. They walk out the doors of grocery stores, Home Depot, Walmart, Kohl’s, T.J. Max, Macy’s and thousands of other mercantile stores—with a load of loot stuck under their dresses, into their coat pockets, between their legs and in their baby strollers. Others steal from ATM machines. Still others rob trains.
This past week, February 15, 2025, in Munich, Germany, an Islamic immigrant ran his car into shoppers killing a mother and her daughter, and wounded 37 people. That’s “REASON” returning our country.
Finally, you might choose the “easy way” out of being fat like Ozempic, or Sono Bello, or all the weight watcher organizations that guarantee you a fabulous body. If you examine most of them, they do not speak about exercise. And again, most of the foods they ship to you are processed in a box, package or plastic envelope.

A few nights ago, Joe Biden gave his farewell speech to the nation. In it, he whined about America being taken over by rich oligarchs. He blamed “red states” for making mistakes with their economies. He gave a litany of his accomplishments from his teleprompter. His ashen face, his frail body and his dementia-plagued mind did not shine through to the dozen or so Americans watching the broadcast.
Is it possible that “common sense” could return to America? Answer: it’s doubtful. Heck, over 50 percent of our youth cannot name the first president of our country. Most never heard of Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and/or Abigail Adams or Eleanor Roosevelt. Why do you think? George Patton said it, “Politicians are the lowest form of life on earth.
In a recent podcast, a man I highly respect, Victor Davis Hanson, said, “D.E.I., Woke, and the Green New Deal are like a social hydrogen bomb hitting America. These new terms being practiced are de-civilizing California into a third world country. If other states follow California, they will end up in the same boat.”
Every person reading this column, especially if you have kids, you need share it until every American citizen reads it. We must educate our population to what’s coming, and then, we must take action to STOP mass immigration and change course like the Titanic should have, toward a sustainable civilization.
On the perils of drinking besides cancer, 42,000 people die on our highways annually. An average of 13,000 die from being drunk while driving and/or kill others. Another 4,000 die from “texting” while driving, plus 362,000 injuries and wrecked cars. The costs grow astronomically.

Without a doubt, 2024 brought America some big HIGHS and some horribly sad LOWS. Good things happened most of the time and some really BAD things happened that shake-up your faith in humanity. Let’s examine a few of them.

Many times, they cannot express it, but each person they touch, or you touch, makes a difference in all our lives.

What does all this confusion, chaos, dichotomies, transgenders, woke-ism, Muslims chanting “Death to America”, killings, massive drug use, Sanctuary Cities, $36 trillion national debt, mass and endless immigration out of the third world, infrastructure crumbling, killing a CEO walking on a city street—-all boil down to?
Those 15 million plus illegals and their birthrates are going to cost America greater consequences in the coming years. In fact, all immigration will drive us toward adding 100 million more people, net gain, by 2050, that cannot be sustained. We face a “Faustian Bargain” with a “Hobson’s Choice” ending. The drugs will cost tens of thousands of kids their lives in the coming years.
What about the fact that our war-making machine, The Pentagon, with an $833 billion annual budget has failed the last seven audits, and that billions, if not trillions of dollars have been squandered-siphoned-ripped-off by the Military Industrial Complex corporate heads?
During this Thanksgiving week, let’s take a rest from the grief and tribulations of the world. Let’s plan on exploring to somewhere new, somewhere else, somewhere to the edge of the map. Someone once said, “The best road is the one that leads to the horizon.” Some pedal for emotional peace.
During this season, when Christmas arrives, my church offers six candle- light services. It’s an incredible sight to sit in the back when 1,500 people raise their candles to wish humankind peace, abundance and good will toward all. We wish the best for our loved ones who have passed. We wish our best to all faiths, all paths to God, and all spiritual energy toward the world.
Thus, for Kamala Harris to pretend that she deserves anything more than disdain from Laken Riley’s family, and residents from all the cities and towns like Springfield, Ohio, and all the military families who lost loved ones—Kamala should examine herself, find incredible incompetence and escape back to Jamaica or India.
The average cow and chicken are fed or injected with nine chemicals to make them fatter, grow faster and also withstand the chemical assaults on their bodies. If Americans witnessed a Montford cattle yard, and how horrible those animals live, they would puke. If they saw the inhumanity to chickens, pigs or turkeys, they would vomit emotionally and physically.
It matters little what you think of President Trump as to his personality, but the one thing you can count on is the fact that he loves America, and he works for all Americans. God help him and his cabinet and top staff to guide this country back onto a successful path in the next four years.
As we approach Veteran’s Day, my hat’s off to every American who served. Answer: most Americans love this country, love their families, pray to God, go to church, pay their taxes, and stand for Old Glory. Sure, we’ve got warts, callouses, wrongs, and dark rainbows of past mistakes.
We, the American people, suffered under cognitively bankrupt Joe Biden for the past four years. His incompetence and/or that of his handlers has created an economic, racial, cultural and border nightmare never before seen in American history.
Kamala Harris in the past four years of her pretend Vice Presidency invited 15 million illegal aliens into America. That’s on top of the 15 million already here. In a recent interview, she wants to give them a pathway to citizenship.

I don’t know how many people read my columns, but every American needs to read this series. You need to forward it to your mayors, city councils, governors, House member, U.S. senators and friends. There is no way we’re going to maintain our civil society if we continue on this course.
Part 1: You can't believe it until you see it. When you see it, you can't believe it. I've traveled through third world countries. I've been sickened at what I saw. I am now sickened at what I've seen in America's cities. After a summer of 18,000 miles, 30 states, 20 major cities, West coast to East coast, Florida to Michigan, I learned a few things about the "State of America."
We humans make judgments on just about everything that comes into our eyesight. We judge ourselves when we look into the mirror in the morning. We judge our friends by the cars they drive. We judge strangers by the clothes they wear. We judge incessantly beyond the borders of our minds.
In recent weeks, my son Trevor quit his well-paying pharmacy tech job in Denver, Colorado for a “room and board” position in a quiet village in the Austrian Alps. He sickened of his role in filling drug prescriptions for people addicted to poor health, synthetic solutions and no personal accountability for their own wellness.
It’s crazy out there in America today. My own State of Colorado’s unelected supreme court justices just took candidate Donald Trump off the ballot. They are SO political that they will do anything to stop him. They haven’t read the U.S. Constitution because what they did is unconstitutional.
The point of solitude means to be luxuriously immersed in the quiet moments of your own choices. You become fully aware of being alive without being ushered into the scurry of daily living.
A writer-alcoholic Dina Kucera said, “I felt empty and sad for years, and for a long, long time, alcohol worked. I’d drink, and all the sadness would go away. Not only did the sadness go away, but I was fantastic. I was beautiful, funny and I could do math. But at some point, the booze stopped working. Every time I drank, I could feel pieces of me leaving.
He shows you how to identify your strengths, focus on your dreams and manifest your highest function and performance. Yes, other writers give you similar ideas on maximizing your life—and, they might resonate more with you.
Understand that you live with the exact creative energy of the universe as every human that ever lived on this planet. That “universal vibration, frequency and pulsation” charges through your body 24/7. Engage that living energy into your thought processes. Think, grow and act on your own behalf.
Stress may be the greatest cause of countless diseases afflicting millions of Americans. Heart attacks, anxiety, suicides, obesity and other afflictions find their origins in some kind of stressful situation manifesting in countless numbers of people.
Gossip may be called “The devil’s radio” for lack of a better metaphor. You’ve heard, “The devil is in the details…the devil made me do it.” We somehow use the “devil” to sidestep our own culpability. Aristotle, Socrates and Kant realized that the “devil” in all of human foibles remains our own choices.
Many people drag the past back into the present. Others make excuses for poor choices. Still others wave personal responsibility onto circumstances. Others abandon themselves in favor of the modus operandi of their “shadow” side.
I personally watched the oceans turn from perfection to a rolling garbage pile ebbing and throbbing with the tides as humanity tossed plastic in millions of forms, glass, tires, chemicals, nets, nylon, canvas and worse into the oceans of the world.
I’m reminded of the ancient king who held court each day. He beckoned the local sage for words of wisdom. Each day for a year, the sage brought the king an overly ripe piece of fruit along with a witty statement. When the sage left, the king tossed the fruit into a hole in a pillar where it fell to the basement, untouched.
He had his legs blown off in Vietnam. At that moment, he had hand-walked 936 miles in 19 months. Two years later, I heard on an NPR newscast that it took him 3 years, 8 months, 6 days to complete his coast-to-coast journey. I cried my eyes out upon hearing about his triumph. I was humbled beyond measure to be a tiny moment in his journey.
Finally, you write the next chapter of your life by your hand and by your choices. Engage your brain, heart and soul toward your highest and best outcomes. Engage the power of brave thoughts. And, enjoy the ride!

No big deal since hundreds of cyclists have ridden trans-Americas. Yes, I’ve done it too, but in my 30’s. In your youth, the energy, strength and true grit come naturally. Two of the guys on this journey proved themselves “day riders” for all their lives. But, at over 70, they enjoyed retirement with time to spare. All of us sported gray hair, or no hair, gray beards, high blood pressure, bad knees, sore hips, touch of diabetes, and spare tires around our mid-sections.
Sandi and I cranked our way toward Alaska, laboring up mountain grades in the Sawtooth Range of Idaho on Route 75. Late in the day, we came to a river intersecting the highway.
Did you hear of the older lady driving a Cadillac who aimed her automobile toward a slot in the parking lot near the store? Seconds before she pulled into the space, a young man zipped into her spot in his shiny sports car.
As an ordinary citizen of America, my life path carried me into amazing places. My choices allowed me to encounter some remarkable people who espoused “how” to live a happy life. I share their ideals with you for you to incorporate them into your own life—and prosper with happiness.
Who wants another four-year term of the current D.E.I. “INCOMPETENT & DEMENTIA—RIDDEN” Joe Biden in the White House where he can complete the job of displacing millions of Americans with another 12 million illegal refugee replacements, trash our laws, degrade our Constitution and wreck our economy?
The mainstream media twists reality to unreality. “The View” features a bunch of wacko females who hate the majority of Americans. One of them said that the basketball phenomenon Catlin Clark enjoyed “Pretty Privilege…and White Privilege.” What a crock of horse-feathers! Clark became the highest scoring basketball player in college history.
No question: we are repeating Rome’s history. America is bifurcating. We’re manifesting “tribalism” rather than Americanism. We’re battling 55 million foreign born who don’t share our cultural values. We’re segmenting. We’re CRT’ing. We’re D.E.I. separating. We’ve got “affirmative action” employees in the cockpits of 747 airliners. We’ve got Muslim American Hamas supporters chanting, “Death to America.”
One look at France today, 55 million French persons, and 5 million Muslims, you can cut the racial/religious air with a knife. You might remember where Muslim terrorists shot up Paris restaurants, slaughtered theater patrons and killed cartoonists in that once “free society.” More than 90 “no-go zones” now dominate the French countryside.
Since the mainstream media won’t educate you, and politicians continue to explode our population via legal and illegal immigration into America, you cannot count on knowing or understanding what Americans face in 26 short years. But I can tell you this: it’s gonna’ get really ugly for anyone living in that 2040 to 2050 decade when America hits that 100 million added human “resource competitors.”
