It is imperative citizens in the 50 states go after their state legislatures with as much force (non-violent, of course) as possible for the upcoming session which begins in January. Right now, the liars, crooks and thieves in Congress are busy spending, spending and spending us into poverty. They all violate their oath of office each bill they pass that includes funding for unconstitutional cabinets and agencies.
Part 1 in this series aimed at YOUR state capitol deals with the very real destruction from the aerosol spraying of our skies and geoengineering weather modification programs. All kissed and blessed by the U.S. Congress – the SAME incumbents Americans continue to vote for in the primaries who then win in November. The spraying of our skies and the chemicals raining down on us is a public health issue besides an environmental disaster for huge swaths of this country.
Part 2 in this series last week aimed at YOUR state capitol deals with the issue of what WILL happen when the dollar collapses along with the unconstitutional, privately owned ‘Federal’ Reserve. Right now, Americans can’t see anything but new jobs and a ‘booming economy’.
Well, here’s a news flash for people: This bull market is teetering. What people are seeing in the stock market is called a ‘melt up’ by some experts – what happens before it crashes and burns. Again. The states had better pay attention and act in the next session which begins in January because while it’s wonderful everyone has ‘a chicken in every pot’, the majority have no idea the chicken is rotten.
This segment deals with another very real public health and privacy issue: The so-called ‘smart’ meter that is neither smart nor does it save energy. It has been a scam from day one and I should know. It was my complaint filed back in 2011 that started the war here in Texas. We lost. The courts shot us down and sided with the political animals at the PUC – Commissioners all appointed by former Governor Ricky Perry. We raised about $80,000 in donations but decided it would be wasted money to appeal to the Texas Supreme Court. The fix was in.
With the exception of a handful, the foolish, ignorant louts in our state legislature basically told us we don’t know what we’re talking about so take a hike. In the meantime, citizens all over my state continue to suffer from the effects of EMF as well as our environment.
Our biggest enemy was the media in this state. Big newspapers that service huge, mega-urban cities like Dallas/Ft. Worth, Austin, Houston, San Antonio and ones in between mostly declared we were nothing more than conspiracy nuts despite concrete scientific testimony and evidence presented during hearings which those same media whores attended. Local newspapers and TV nightly news simply parroted what the big “news” papers wrote.
Radio talk show hosts who are allegedly ‘conservative’ wouldn’t give me or my dear friend who passed away in April 2015, Thelma Taormina, five minutes on the air. A few smaller alternative outlets in the state did but ignorant fools who run the big newspapers whose health is also negatively impacted made sure the ‘general public’ never got the truth about those deadly meters.
In fact, go on talk radio, present documented scientific facts and data and watch your reputation get sullied and called every vile name in the book. I did a radio show out of New Zealand with a really sweet host, Vinny Eastwood, who is very up to speed on issues like ‘smart’ meters which is what we discussed. Here’s just a sample of what people said in the comment section below the You Tube video:

“This woman is a sack of shit, she calls people that criticise the official events of the boston marathon criminals when infact the criminal are the ones in power commiting war crimes for decades and arming terrorists and assasinating foriegn leaders unfriendly to U.S.” In fact, I never said or wrote anything of the kind regarding the Boston Marathon attack.
“Shes a jew…duh look at her.” And, “Devvy Kidd is a jew scum whore. And her jew attorner friends.”
In fact, I am Roman Catholic since I was baptized. One of my dearest friends for 16 years (He and his lovely wife, Doreen, were also big doggie lovers like me), Harvey Gordin, passed way in November 2013. Harvey was Jewish; his passing broke my heart. Two of my good buddies are also Jewish and as American as you can get; neither one is a lawyer.
The Internet is a place where paid trolls can post lies about anyone or posts from individuals who lie about you, call you terrible names and get away with it because they know average people like me don’t have the financial resources to sue them all. Just think how my daughter or other family members feel when they read the kind of trash above. I thank God my 91-yer old mother doesn’t own a computer.
Or, when I get email showing my two dogs in my backyard courtesy of Google Earth (I guard my home address, believe me) telling me the next time I turn on my SUV it will be my last day on earth. Or, a video made by a rather unattractive male (You Tube) explaining why it was time to kill me. Oh, yeah. He went into great detail about why I need to be taken out. According to him I needed to be shot and killed.
Or a dozen emails from someone who continues to harass me calling me a c__t and every other filthy word under the sun and said I need to be beaten to death with a baseball bat. Actually, that was one of his milder emails.
I sent it all to the FBI in San Antonio and never even received a reply to my formal complaint. In the eyes of the FBI, I am no one. If the same thing happened to Chelsea Clinton, the FBI and SS would have been at my front door promising me protection.
However, efforts across the country are still underway as energy companies continue to force installation of those ‘smart’ meters. If you live in a co-op area here in Texas they refuse to allow an opt out even though one of our only “victories” was to get an opt-out from the PUC.
Remember how everyone was told how safe it is to put that cell phone practically in your ear on a constant basis? Sure. It’s only after so many people get cancer the truth comes to the surface or thousands of people die from some ‘safe’ drug approved by the Federal Death Administration (FDA) a decade down the road we find out the truth.

“The SmartMeter program has generated unprecedented public concern about the health impacts of the planned deployment of millions of devices which will expose Californians to a cumulatively immeasurable amount of pulsed electro-magnetic and RF signals. Scores of witnesses have come forth to describe their personal concerns about the program’s effect on their own health and decry this development in formal filings and public hearings before the Commission. As set forth below, the concern over the health impacts of EMF is not new or unique to the SmartMeter program. In fact, it has been a documented public health concern known to the Commission for decades.

“The Commission has received public testimony and formal pleadings during Phase 1 of this proceeding demonstrating that Utility customers suffer significant impairment of one or more of their major life functions due to EMF sensitivity, including seizures, episodic malignant hypertension, heart arrhythmias, severe insomnia, intractable tinnitus, muscle spasms and twitching, migraine headaches, and neuropathy. Hence, individuals with significant or recurrent EMF-induced or exacerbated symptoms qualify for reasonable accommodation under the ADA, when EMF exposure of such individuals interferes with major life functions, such as neurologic function or other major life functions.”
“That is why we refuse an opt out. Safe? If they’re not safe for people under the ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act), why would they be considered safe for the rest of us?”
Got one of those ‘smart’ meters on the outside of your house next to the window of your baby, child or your bedroom? Maybe you’ll get lucky and your house doesn’t catch on fire.
Once again, this is an issue that cannot be explained in one or two pages. I’m providing the links below because I didn’t write them because I have nothing else to do but because they contain the TRUTH, not conspiracy theories. They will give you the big picture and other links to deeper scientific analysis and data. At the bottom of each column are critically important links. If anyone thinks all this wonderful technology like ‘wi-fi’ is so great, they are dead wrong. Schools and hotels are a breeding grounds for the harmful effects. No? Then you better spend some time on the research.

On July 20, 2018, I was a guest on Bill Meyer’s show on KMED/KCMD out of Oregon. I really enjoy being a guest (as I have over 4,000 times since 1993 – yes, back in the 90s I was sometimes doing 2-3 shows a day on the ‘Fed’) on talk radio with an informed, articulate host like Bill.
As a result of my appearance and discussing the issue of ‘smart’ meters, it’s my understanding hundreds of people have chosen to ‘opt out’ of the ‘smart’ meter installation drive in Josephine and Jackson County, Oregon. AND, because the people put up such a fight, the extortion called an opt out fee of $160.00 has been dropped, but you still have to pay a monthly fee for a meter reader.
People here in Texas weren’t so lucky. No choice but to pay the opt out fee of $167 bux plus anywhere from $25.00 – $37.00 a month for a meter reader to come to your house and read your analog meter. Something that was automatic before the forced roll out of those dangerous meters. All across this country thousands of meter readers have lost their good paying jobs. Thank you to our state legislature for such a rip off.
The only way we’re going to get rid of ‘smart’ meters is when enough state legislators get informed and realize not only are those meters dangerous to them and their families, government agencies are using them to snoop on your business inside your home. In too many states, energy companies are allowed to sell your data.
They are also a gold mine for thieves who can pick up data from the ‘smart’ meter, monitor your home and find out if you’ve gone on vacation and if you’re a single or elderly woman, you are a perfect target for rape and murder.
That won’t happen until tens of millions of adult Americans get the facts. I covered this in-depth in my book, Taking Politics Out of Solutions, as well as the ‘Fed’ and 15 other critical issues. Knowledge is power but only if we the people become knowledgeable. Get a copy and get the whole truth.
Demand a bill for the safety of the public in your state. All ‘smart’ meters must be removed from homes, businesses, hospitals and apartment buildings and paid for by the energy companies. They’re the ones who went along with forcing those dangerous meters on everyone so let them pay for removing them.
Fight back in your local community as they’ve done and are doing in Southern Oregon. He who shouts the loudest gets heard. If we do nothing, nothing gets done.

And, as usual, rotten SOBs leave their pets behind to drown or fend for themselves.
For humans, I always give to the Salvation Army and the Good Samaritan’s Purse. We’re all Americans and someday, it could be you and your family in the way of mother nature no matter where you live. I know you’d want someone to care about you.
