Part IV
Everyday the Internet is filled with what I call noise. Yak, yak, yak. America’s problems are dissected from uber wealthy sports figures, Hollywood ‘stars’, “empowered” hens out there and their stupid ‘sisterhood’ malarkey. Likely none of them could list the first ten Bill of Rights as most of them consider abortion one of them.
Politicians from seditionist fools like Bernie Sanders to Republicans in both state capitols and the swamp in Washington, DC who are gutless liars concerned only with how much they can line their pockets with and keep getting reelected by genuflecting at the altar of every alphabet soup group out there with something to bitch about.
As someone interested in solving problems and not just yakking, I pay a minimal amount of attention to splashy headlines in this digital age intended to keep Americans distracted, ruin individuals lives with baseless accusations motivated by political agendas and pitting Americans against each other. I’m not impressed with splashy, just facts. Verify.
We’ve seen this toxic, well-planned attempted destruction of Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, play out for the past ten days or so. Mentally deranged females dressed up in those silly ‘The Handmaid’s Tales’ costumes* while other nut jobs decided sharing their menstrual blood with the world was appropriate:
Judge Kavanaugh and his wife removed their two young daughters from the hearing room. Can you blame them?
The accuser, in my opinion, is an agenda driven Democrat who has even less credibility than aging stripper, Stormy Daniels and that’s saying a lot. Dr. Ford’s story from the beginning had more holes than Georgia has peaches. And, as the days have slipped by, desperate members of the Democratic/Communist Party USA in the Senate have pulled every trick in their play book to stop the confirmation vote, this professor has lost even more credibility.
This two-part posting that tells you quite a bit about Miss Goodie-Two Shoes. What shocked me was why would any school allow such vulgar trash and terrible behavior by students be published in yearly school books? I mean, really?

You may have seen part one on tons of sites, but part 2 I had not until I was cross-checking sources. Both are worth your time to read as they go to the heart of Dr. Ford’s high school hey-days. I don’t want to spend too much time on this as it’s been washed ad nauseum long enough as gutless Sen. Grassley continues to kiss her backside in granting delays regarding testifying before the senate committee.
Kavanaugh accuser’s details have changed, but she remains certain about abuse – 36 years ago. A 15-year old apparently drowning in booze, narcissism and what sounds to me like an out of control, spoiled teenager suddenly comes forward in cloak and dagger fashion crying in a letter to one of the biggest crooks in the senate, Diane Feinstein. She doesn’t want to get exposed or involved so why send a letter to a ‘ranking’ (should be rank) member of the Senate? Anyone with a fair and open mind knows the answer.
Oops: Third Named Witness Rejects Kavanaugh’s Accuser’s Allegations. A life-long friend of the accuser and witness denies being at the alleged party. Lying in a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee is subject to criminal penalty.
So, once again, the country is thrown into chaos causing Americans to clash against each other – all for political gain. Victor Davis Hanson’s piece titled, Are We on the Verge of Civil War? pretty well describes things.
“Legal, diverse, meritocratic and measured immigration has always been America’s great strength. Assimilation, integration and intermarriage within the melting pot used to turn new arrivals into grateful Americans in a generation or two.
“But when immigration is often illegal, not diverse and massive, then balkanization follows. Currently, the country hosts 60 million non-natives — the largest number of immigrants in America’s history.
“Yet unlike the past, America often does not ask new immigrants to learn English and assimilate as quickly as possible. Immigration is instead politicized. Newcomers are seen as potentially useful voting blocs.
“Tribalism is the new American norm. Gender, sexual orientation, religion, race and ethnicity are now essential, not incidental, to who we are.
“Americans scramble to divide into victimized blocs. Hyphenated and newly accented names serve as advertisements that particular groups have unique affiliations beyond their shared Americanism.”
What he doesn’t says is this:
We have been flooded with Muslims who – if they are ‘true believers’ – hate what America stands for and are only here to fulfill the centuries old goal: Convert everyone to their phony religion called Islam. Non-believers of pedophile, Allah, must be killed. That would be us infidels. Islam: A brutal and totalitarian political system that hides behind a “religion” so foul, it makes one sick to their soul.

“If you read the whole thing, you’ll get a clear understanding of the goals of Islam. It is a party hell bent on forcing every human on this earth to “worship” their putrid ideology.’
Muslims are taught to lie and how to play the game in their quest for world domination. Make no mistake about that and if you haven’t read Dr. Peter Hammond’s short book, Slavery, Terrorism and & Islam, DO READ IT because it is a blue print of what’s underway here, right now in America.
The illegals invasion unleashed upon us by Ted Kennedy and the big push to open our southern border courtesy of Ronald Reagan is an invasion. Got that? Not legal immigration where the great melting pot used to work but an all-out invasion to destroy OUR heritage, country and laws. What it has brought is further division, bankrupting us in welfare of every kind under the sun for those who have no right to be on US soil, more drugs, the myth called ‘anchor babies’ and lunatic politicians and their sycophants who want open borders.
Talk of civil war in this country is not so far-fetched. Americans who value and cherish our nation’s heritage, our culture, our way of life, the right to keep the fruits of our labors, the attacks on Christianity and now free speech are way beyond fed up. Just listen to talk radio.

McAllister reports ‘they know where I live’ – sound familiar? Like the death threats I’ve received with a Google earth photo of my backyard with my doggies.

For those who might not have seen or heard about it, last week Sean Hannity had James O’Keefe from Project Veritas on his show. That is the group of dedicated individuals who secretly taped butchers from Planned Parenthood talking about selling body parts from aborted babies. Taped conversations which took place in swanky restaurants. Laughing over a glass of wine while discussing how to make sure a butchered baby in the womb is worth so much for each body part.
Project Veritas’ new releases are individuals who work for the State Department and other government agencies – all members of the DSA: Democratic Socialists of America. Deep State Unmasked: State Department on Hidden Cam, “Resist Everything,” “I Have Nothing to Lose”
I’ve called it the ‘shadow government” since I read everything there is to know about Iran/Contra; the hearings transcripts available in full at the beautiful Denver Public Library. It’s The People vs. The Government (2007):
“The warnings have been placed right in front of our faces regarding how the shadow government intends to deal with we the people taking back our government:
“1987: Then U.S. Attorney General William French Smith blew the whistle on a fairly low ranking Marine officer by the name of Oliver North. According to Smith, Lt. Col. Oliver North directly helped draft a plan in 1984 to impose martial law in the United States in the event of an emergency. This secret plan would suspend the U.S. Constitution and turn over control of the government to the little known agency at that time: FEMA. This plan would appoint military commanders to run state and local governments. Implementation of this plan would have been triggered by violent and wise spread internal dissent, disagreement with government policy or national opposition to any U.S. military invasion abroad. Essentially, it amounted to a complete and total suspension of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights.
“Investigators who uncovered this plan believe that between 1983 – 1986, North’s office was the ‘central command center’ for this informal secret structure which involved more than the illegal sale of arms to Iran and illegal funding of the underground war in Nicaragua under President Ronald Reagan. “Lifers” in the military were shocked, saying at the time that no Lt. Colonel is ever given the kind of power North was apparently given within this secret structure. So great was his authority, he could have the orbits of sophisticated satellites altered to follow Soviet ships around the world or launch high-flying spy aircraft on secret missions. Some even compared this whole operation as eerily similar to the one portrayed in the movie, Clear and Present Danger, starring Harrison Ford (1994).
“North wasn’t alone in this secret structure. Others included Reagan’s closest advisers: U.S. Attorney General Edwin Meese, CIA Director William Casey and National Security Adviser William Clark. Congressional investigators at the time were shocked by how far along this secret structure and planning had progressed. Arthur Liman, who was the chief counsel of the Senate’s Iran-Contra committee stated in a memo that Oliver North was at the center of what he called a “secret government within a government.” Prior to those hearings, Liman wrote that a policy decision made at the highest levels during the Iran Contra scandal “…reveals the whole secret government within a government, operated from the Executive Office Building by a lieutenant colonel with its own army, air force, diplomatic agents, intelligence operatives and appropriations capacity.”
And: “The next real war we fight is likely to be on American soil. Our civilian-military face-off”
“One startling quote in this article is from Admiral Stanley Arthur, Commander of U.S. naval forces during the Gulf War, where he says, “Today the armed forces are no longer representative of the people they serve. More and more, enlisted as well as officers are beginning to feel they are special, better than the society they serve.”
“When you turn to page two of this story, the headlines read, “Bill of Rights no obstacle for the Corps.” Another disturbing quote jumps out at you, “Because of the rising potential for civil disobedience within the inner cities it is ‘inevitable’ the U.S. military will be employed more often within American borders.” Timothy Reeves, The U.S. Marine Corps and Domestic Peacekeeping, a paper written at the Marine Command and Staff Colleges. Why the concern that there is a potential for civil disobedience by Americans? Where did this come from? I can make an educated guess based on my 14 years of research. In case no one has noticed, the bulk of our population is being forced into these big inner cities whose infrastructures are unable to sustain such masses.
“Further into this shocking story: “…Major Reeves notes, when faced with violating doctrine or violating the law, some Marines chose the latter course and detained suspects and conducted warrantless searches. Indeed, with characteristic Marine Corps bluntness, the major states that, “in interviews with Marine officers involved in domestic peacekeeping missions with officers responsible for articulating the Marine Corps’ policy on domestic peacekeeping, it became apparent to the author that Marines took whatever action was necessary. At times, these actions required Marines to violate U.S. law.
“Similarly, Marine Capt. Guy Miner reported in the Gazette that Marine intelligence units were initially worried by the need to collect intelligence on U.S. citizens, which would violate a 1981 Executive Order, but that “this inhibition was quickly overcome….” And to chill you even further, “To enable the Marines to execute these new domestic missions in the same way that they do abroad, Major Reeves calls for major alternations in U.S. laws. “Experience from the Los Angeles riots,” he warns, “demonstrated the need to grant U.S. Marine forces the legal right to detain vehicles and suspects, conduct arrests, searches and seizures in order to accomplish the peacekeeping mission.” Now, do national IDs and driver’s licenses take on a new meaning?” Click here to view the actual newspaper. Anyone paying attention to the paramilitarization of local police in this country and the destruction of Habeas Corpus can see this 1997 revelation wasn’t just some exercise in word smiting.
This must be a top priority for state capitols: Reconstituting the Constitutional Militia

Yes. Years ago, I wrote a piece about the invasion from our Southern Border: Mexican Pirates vs. Constitutional Militia, May 2010. Do read it because again, it will shock the hell out of you.
Only a fool wants any kind of civil war against our military and police because that’s who would be out there trying to stop brainwashed, useful idiots on the left of the political spectrum harming or killing those they disagree with or Americans who simply have had enough from the aforementioned and the match is lit. Then everyone jumps into the fray.
Between the anarchists, the useful idiots, ISIS fighters hiding as refugees, Muslims and the human invasion coming across our border in bigger numbers than ever, state legislatures had better wake the hell up. The National Guard is NOT the constitutional militia nor is the State Police or our military. It IS the Second Amendment.
Article. IV, Sec. 4, U.S. Constitution: The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.
The U.S. Government for decades has refused to uphold the Constitution.

Second Amendment: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
As those of us who have common sense know, the word militia is not the F word despite massive propaganda by “newspapers” (electronic and print) over decades to make it a dirty word. Joined, of course, by imbeciles from the Hollywood crowd and dumb hens and wimpy ‘men’ in the U.S. Congress.
I, yours truly, did not fully understand the true meaning of the Second Amendment (even tho’ I’ve owned a gun for a very long time) until Dr. Edwin Vieira began his incredible columns on this back in 2005. I’ve read all his books on this one and most important God-given right, what the real militia is and how its supposed to function.
Edwin’s incredible collection of historical analysis on the Second Amendment and the militia are here and here; he’s written so many since 2005 and STILL Second Amendment advocates ignore the only solution.
Back on September 11, 2012, I wrote this column: Critical Bill for State Legislatures 2013 Session: Constitutional Militia. I sent a package and CD to every GOP member of our state legislature – yeah, the tea party winners and Texas gun supporters; and a few Democrats. Never received a response from one of them. I was the lonely voice.
But, here we are almost six years down the road and things have only gotten worse and the violence is escalating. What must happen is the same as I’ve written in this series: YOU have to get involved. YOU have to join with others to shout at your state legislature the loudest to get heard.
If I lived closer to Austin I would organize a Second Amendment march on our state capitol when they go back into session with the demand that our legislature reconstitute the real constitutional militia. WITH FACTS. Arizona passed a militia bills a few years ago. It’s virtually worthless.
Unfortunately, I live six hours away but Alex Jones is HQ’d right there (I attended his HUGE rally back in the summer of 2007 at the capitol – literally he walked up the avenue with an army right to the capitol. It was amazing.) If Alex wanted to get this done, he could and would draw thousands. Perhaps his listeners should call in and ask him to spear head this effort. After all, he is a big supporter of the Second Amendment.
Number one: A petition listing the threats to the ‘security of a free state’ – that being Texas (or your state) – from invasion and domestic violence.
Two: There isn’t enough law enforcement, Texas Rangers or State Police scattered around the state. The Constitutional Militia is NOT to replace them but to assist, enhance and be there when they can’t. The Constitutional Militia is NOT a dirty word nor is it a bunch of ‘red neck’ weekend beer drinkers. This is damn serious business.
Three: Along with the petition every Republican in the Texas State Legislature(or your state) and the handful of Democrats who do support the Second Amendment (This is Texas after all) receives a copy of Dr. Edwin Vieira’s superb little book titled Thirteen Words.
Sure, you could print out every single one of his columns on the Second Amendment and your state rep and senator would take one look at that 2’ high stack of papers and shuffle you right out of their office.
Thirteen Words (I receive no compensation for recommending anyone’s books) says so much with an economy of words; 122 pgs. 5-star rating from 99% of reviews for good reason.

Then you spread the word and bombard every Republican and Democrat state rep and senator in YOUR legislature with phone calls: We the people demand you reconstitute the constitutional militia BEFORE it’s too late.

There are ‘militia’ groups all around the country but they are NOT the constitutional militia as historically defined and what is so badly needed to combat what I’ve covered in this column. We need all of you to do it the right way because right now, you have NO legal authority to do anything.
It’s up to us at the grassroots level or it will never happen and that will be a tragedy.
If we do nothing, nothing happens.
