There are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.  —James Madison

A centrally managed, centrally controlled, Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) is a tool for coercion and control. —Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH)

We don’t know who’s using a $100 bill today and we don’t know who’s using a 1,000-peso bill today. The key difference with the CBDC is the central bank will have absolute control on the rules and regulations that will determine the use of that expression of central bank liability, and also, we will have the technology to enforce that. —BIS General Manager Augustín Carstens

At some point, a CBDC that fails to provide a high degree of financial privacy will be used to monitor and censor the transactions of one’s political enemies. It is foolish to think otherwise. —William Luther, American Institute for Economic Research

I have never understood the logic of nominating three House Republican members for Trump’s administration when the republican majority margin is so slim. Why remove three members that you may need to keep the House in 2026?

Matt Gaetz was the first to go. He was nominated for Attorney General, but withdrew, and resigned his Florida seat after the House ethics committee report on him was to be released.

The next loss was Elise Stefanik nominated as Ambassador to the United Nations.  Although Elise is a young global leader of the World Economic Forum and as a New York representative, voted with the Constitution only 60% of the time, she has been a staunch supporter of Israel.  Her questioning of university presidents regarding anti-Semitism on campus was brilliant.

The third House member to be removed was Mike Waltz who was nominated for National Security Advisor.  I have grave reservations with Waltz who votes 78% of the time with the constitution.  His wife, Julia Nesheiwat, is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the World Economic Forum and the globalist Atlantic Council.  Julia Nesheiwat’s sister, Dr. Janette Nesheiwat, has been nominated as US Surgeon General.  Dr. Nesheiwat was a strong promoter of the Covid vaxes for all and called the vaxes, “a gift from God.”  She also praised Facebook for their censorship during Covid.

President Trump has now endorsed Rep. Byron Donalds who has thrown his hat in the ring for Governor of Florida. Donalds represents the 19th District which includes the cities of Cape CoralFort MyersFort Myers BeachSanibelBonita Springs, Naples and Marco Island, as well as unincorporated areas in Lee and Collier counties.

Was it Susie Wiles who advised Trump to endorse Donalds?

Donalds is tied to Americans for Prosperity, a Koch organization. They promote open borders, gay marriage, abortion, and UN Agenda 21/30. LinkLink.  They are also funding and promoting another Constitutional Convention, just like Soros’ Open Society Foundations.

The Kochs have never supported Donald Trump.

Byron Donalds and Digital Currency

Donalds, has been working with the Democrats to advance digital currency. At the Collier County Republican Men’s breakfast in July of 2022, Byron Donalds said, “The Democrats have promised it will never be used for tracking law abiding citizens.”

Is he naïve or lying to his constituents?

In October of 2022, at Alfie Oakes’ Seed to Table in Naples, Florida, another public meeting was held where Donalds again was promoting digital currency. Oakes is also promoting the destruction of our 1787 Constitution by advocating an Article V Convention, just like Byron Donalds, Ron DeSantis, Mike Johnson and many more.

Donalds is a member of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability and the House Committee on Financial Services, has put forward a self-regulating industry policy for cryptocurrency.  He has stated, “I’m excited to see how much support we can get for a self-regulating enterprise for digital assets.”

Governments have long recognized that freezing someone’s financial resources is one of the most effective ways to lock them out of society.  CBDC currency would easily allow America to copy the CCP’s social credit system.  Trudeau froze the bank accounts of truckers who were protesting.  The Freedom Convoy was a series of protests and blockades across Canada in early 2022, initially organized to oppose COVID-19 vaccine mandates for cross-border truck drivers. The movement quickly expanded to protest all COVID-19 restrictions and mandates.

Various banks have purposely frozen out conservative businesses and members.

The office of the Attorney General of Virginia, “joined a 15-state coalition in a letter demanding Bank of America to provide a written report about its account policies and practices, update its terms of service to state that it does not discriminate against customers for their religious or political views or speech, and remove prohibitions on ’intolerance’ and ‘hate’ from its online banking service agreement.”

A Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) could make the process easier and faster for governments by establishing a direct line between citizens and the government itself.  The truth is that a CBDC would most likely be the single largest assault to financial privacy since the creation of the Bank Secrecy Act and the establishment of the Third-Party Doctrine.

The threat to freedom that a CBDC could pose is closely related to its threat to privacy. With so much data in hand, a CBDC would provide countless opportunities for the government to control citizens’ financial activity.

Unlike paper dollars, it would offer neither the privacy protections nor the finality that cash provides.  That direct, digital liability—a sort of digital tether between citizens and the central bank—makes CBDCs a radical departure from the digital dollars millions of Americans already use today. While a CBDC would not offer any unique benefits to Americans compared to existing technologies, it would pose serious risks.  For example, a CBDC could spell doom for what little financial privacy protections remain for citizens.

Bank for International Settlements (BIS) General Manager Augustín Carstens said, “The key difference with the CBDC is the central bank will have absolute control on the rules and regulations that will determine the use of that expression of central bank liability, and also we will have the technology to enforce that.”

Congress should prohibit the Fed and Treasury from issuing a digital national currency. CBDCs have no place in the American economy.

Byron and Erika Donalds Attempted Hostile Takeover of a Charter School

Byron Donalds’ wife, Erika, tried to do a hostile takeover of Mason Classical Academy. There is much bitterness in the community because they wanted to run the charter school, Mason Classical Academy, which has one of the top ratings in the country.  They did not conceive of the charter school, but had, at one time, been on the board. Kelly Lichter and her husband Nick were the founders. As a state Representative from 2016 to 2020, Byron tried to write bills to make it easier for his wife to accomplish the takeover.

In 2017, Erika Donalds founded Optima, a company that has provided management support for several classical charter schools in Florida.  Florida’s Business Observer reported how the financial executive, turned school choice leader decided to open Optima.

At a Republican Executive Committee meeting several years ago, Donalds and his top staff member, Larry Wilcoxson, tried to start a public argument and disagreement with Kelly Lichter.  They were backing her leftist opponent. Tensions boiled to such a point that Florida Politics reported it.  A video lasting two minutes and 19 seconds mostly shows Donalds, with staffers Jesse Purdon and Larry Wilcoxson, speaking inaudibly with Lichter in a corner of the store.

A legal battle ensued over the allegations that Donalds and his allies were scheming to take over the school.  The case included Rico allegations, civil rights violations and defamation claims.  Had this case gone to discovery and depositions, it probably would have stained Donalds’ gubernatorial campaign.

In December of 2024, the embarrassing details of this case were scuttled.  Donalds personally coughed up $47K and his wife and Optima Foundation paid another $47K.  The settlement included a “non-disparagement” clause, and Optima agreed not to interfere with the school again.

Ryan Anderson’s October, 2023 column in Medium.com states, “Byron Donalds’ political career is marred by allegations of a troubled past, including drug dealing and bank fraud accusations. His recent involvement in presenting false evidence in a televised Biden impeachment hearing has further tarnished his image. The significant legal costs faced by his campaign add a financial dimension to the challenges he confronts. The implications of these controversies for his political career remain uncertain, but the public’s demand for transparency and accountability in politics has never been greater.”

The people in Donalds’ district are aware of his dealings and his background.

Byron Donalds’ Top Aide

Larry Wilcoxson allegedly takes home a six-figure salary.  He is Donalds top aide and his best friend.

Wilcoxson has been arrested multiple times including for child molestation. Link

He was arrested in 2014 for grand theft auto, a third-degree felony. In 2006, he was charged with three counts of child molestation of a 13-year-old girl in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 2008, Wilcoxson was arrested for charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery with a weapon. He had previously been fired for allegedly exposing himself to a female school custodian at Indianapolis’ Donnan Middle School while he was a substitute teacher. In 2006, Collier County records indicate Wilcoxson was the defendant in several traffic cases and a paternity suit.

The grassroots leaders of Florida’s 19th District, call Wilcoxson, “Byron’s thug.”

Unfortunately, many people believe that Byron Donalds is a strong conservative, but the facts tell a different story.  Before anyone backs Byron, they need to do their homework, and that includes President Donald Trump.
