The town—any town—has a local school district governed by a local board of education. I would guess that not one of the politicians promoting a Constitutional Convention (Con-Con) has actually studied the document or the history of how it came about. All of them should take the Hillsdale College course on our Constitution. If they had, they certainly would be more cautious of opening another convention.
