This answer is only partially correct. No, the people themselves are not the arbiters of what is constitutional, but the justices of the Supreme Court have not been delegated that power either. Since that power is not prohibited by the Constitution to the states, they retain the power to determine if a law is contrary to the Constitution.
There's a statement in the Scriptures that is confounding to many, where it says, “It pleased the Lord to bruise Him.” What can that possibly mean? On the one hand, God was heard audibly saying “This is My beloved Son in whom I am well pleased" (Matthew 3:17).

During a trip to New York City last week, I encountered a Harris/Walz campaign event selling buttons for $3 that proclaimed, “Make America Joyful Again,” in contrast to Trump’s MAGA. This is occurring during the one-year anniversary of what was supposed to be a joyful occasion in Israel, a music festival, which turned into a massacre of Jews by Hamas terrorists.
Yesterday, two black unmarked helicopters destroyed Hurricane Helene recovery supplies in Burnsville, North Carolina at a distribution site. Locals say two black SUVs did a “slow roll” 45 minutes before the helicopter showed up. “This evening (October 6) at approximately 7:18 in Burnsville, NC an unmarked helicopter flew in and attempted to destroy the distribution area that was set up by locals for locals while I was conducting a K9 Security Round,” a veteran volunteer said.

The actions by this federal government are deadly. Just like Lahaina, Hawaii, and East Palestine, Ohio, NW North Carolina and NE Tennessee, people and animals are dying. We’re on our own. The federal government is most likely guilty of causation and death. There is an obvious purposeful failure to save lives.
It’s nice to see a judge that not only recognizes they are bound to the supreme law of the land, but willing to act on it. While I’m not surprised that the Commonwealth sees differently, the real question is, what does the Supreme Judicial Court think? History tells me they are much more likely to find for the Commonwealth than for the defendants, no matter what the Constitution says.
Remarkably, she’s been able to grin, cackle and cheat her way up to the top, laughing at We the Suckers who could possibly be stuck with her wanton destruction of what’s left of our country during the next four years if the Dems’ world-renowned cheating machine can steal enough votes from Trump’s landslide. But that’s a tall order, and I believe the odds are still with us.
While listening to the discussion by our Representatives about funding another CR to fund OBiden/Harris' regime, I realized that if we do not get rid of these people, no matter who is president, nothing will change. Everything stays the Status Quo. The U.S. National Debt gets bigger everyday, as the beat goes on.
For what happens when enough people who had the mRNA shots and then got boosted once or twice, foolishly trusting the Pharma / medical Establishment, awaken from their cultural slumber and realize what may have been done to them, that they have a ticking time bomb inside their bodies that they’ll never be able to get rid of completely.
It would be good if parents simply abandoned “public education” altogether. That’s the ultimate solution to the problem. Failing that, it should at least be a given, everywhere, for school board members to be subject to recall elections whenever they stepped out of line.
