Most American kids today take their freedoms for granted. Most don’t possess a clue as to the “Greatest Generation” that saved the world from Nazi aggression in World War II. Most bury themselves in their “Smart Phones” while our society moves at frenetic speed to a destination none of us really understand.
We are in the middle of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) arms race that we must win. So-called “Killer Apps” are being created. “Whoever leads in AI will rule the world,” declared President Vladimir Putin. He understands that his ally, China, is poised to do just that, and now the United States is making it possible.
As the world sinks deeper into darkness and depravity, chaos and confusion, some of those lost ones will soon be looking to US to find God. I believe the hunger and thirst for righteousness will increase in these last days, at least among SOME, and those of us who name the name of Christ need to be set apart, our lives shining examples of what COULD be for those who are lost and seeking. So let us represent our Savior and our Lord well.
It seems to me that most Americans are now realizing that America is heading in the wrong direction. While we may disagree on the reasons why we are heading in the wrong direction, the fact remains we are heading in the wrong direction. In this article today, I want to present four reasons why America is heading in the wrong direction.

Proverbs 18 tells us that “he who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord.” Proverbs 31 reminds us that our wives are more precious than jewels. Guys, don’t take your wife for granted. Instead, go out of your way to intentionally serve her on a regular basis. Be a gentleman. Protect her, provide for her, make her life easier and give her the security of the assurance of your love.

The original system was meant to give states a direct role in federal governance, but it resulted in federal overreach by reducing states’ ability to check the national government. Then, the Supreme Court expanded its role by asserting its power to declare acts of Congress unconstitutional.
It was the kind of economy that prevailed prior to the industrial revolution. If you go back enough centuries, huge tracts of arable land were owned by no one. They were settled and homesteaded. Following repentance comes a lifetime of sanctification. And understand that you were saved to serve. To minister. To witness. You need to be more eager to lay down your life for the sake of Christ, if that should be required of you, than you are to simply spend your time on earth in comfort, luxury and ease while you await your heavenly “reward.” Because you may not get the “reward” you’re expecting.

Is it still okay to Remember the Alamo? At least we still have Columbus Day.

Americans have become accustomed to “going-along to get-along,” but there are some things that we just can’t move-on from without confronting the issue and fixing what was broken. In a nation focused on precedence rather than the rule of law, we cannot allow bad precedence to stand.

I don’t know which of the three branches of government does the most to infringe on your rights. Take, for example, the recent Supreme Court decision in the case Bondi v. Vanderstok, where Mr. Vanderstok challenged the recent regulation from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives redefining weapons parts kits as firearms. It seems the Supreme Court has a hard time reading either the law or the Constitution.
A new dawn seemed to open up for America when Donald Trump was announced reelected by tens and tens of millions of Americans last November. Who knows the exact count because there were voting problems both human and likely machines. Not enough this time around to stop the overwhelming support for Trump. But, hey, let’s try a couple of assassination attempts to get rid of him!

Instead of raging against all the bad news in April of 2025, how about each of us contemplating our own struggles while living in America, especially us baby boomers. We’ve lived through some pretty amazing moments since WWII. I don’t have to name them because you all know them from living through them.

Marx explained that “The system of free trade is destructive. It dissolves the old nationality and drives towards extreme antagonism between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat. In a word the system of free trade hastens social revolution.”
Aside from the constitutional fact that the United States isn’t actually a pure “democracy,” but rather a Constitutional Representative Republic, which guarantees every citizen and member state “a republican form of government” in Article IV - Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, today’s constitutional illiterates claim to be “saving democracy” when in fact, they are the greatest threat to democracy in the USA.
However, what are you being told by the media that 94% of you say that you don’t believe? You are being told that they are contributing to society, that they are the victims of corrupt government regimes, genocides, war, etc. In some cases, this may be true. Yet, let me propose statistically who I am addressing here.
Those fake voter guides, lying about which candidates were supported by Trump last year, also carried DeGov’s image. Was he part of that, or was that just one more thing he “didn’t know”? Those candidates were, shall we say, amendable to development, and, by Tally reckoning, needed to be in power.
I have a lot of concerns regarding this case. Yes, Mr. Robinson was in the act of committing a crime by being a felon in possession of a firearm, but no one other than Mr. Robinson knew that until after he was frisked. Yes, the stop was legal, since the officer observed the occupants driving without their seatbelts on.
Over the course of my career, I have covered literally dozens of demonstrations on the left, from anti-nuclear protests featuring Jane Fonda to openly communist conferences sponsored by the Workers World Party (from which I was ejected), and have never witnessed such a hunger for death and destruction.
Operation overload – the key word being overload created by DOGE which has birthed a very telling panic, not just among current and former members of CON-gress, but private sector NGO’s (Non-governmental organizations) and religious denominations getting their cut of the grift.
If it weren’t so serious, and deadly, it would be almost comical, considering that the massive, heavily armed, immensely populated, and hugely influential empires that tried to annihilate the Jews—the Babylonians, Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Assyrians, et al.––have been extinct for centuries, while the teeny, tiny world of Judaism flourishes to this day.
