It’s true: lawfare against Donald Trump has gone to the federal level. Last Friday the 37-count felony indictment in the Mar-a-Lago classified documents situation was unsealed. He will appear in a Miami federal courtroom at 3 pm on Tuesday. He stands accused of mishandling classified documents and then obstructing efforts by federal officials to obtain them.
No doubt in my mind little Napolean, Merrick Garland, is drowning in joy over this latest persecution of Trump. Garland is a loser. He wanted to be an Associate Supreme Court Justice but was rejected by the Senate; nominated by another illegitimate usurper who brought Hell to this country, Hussein Obama.

We should finance the federal government with tariffs that would generate good middle-class jobs (as in the past) and eliminate need for income tax. If we retained the income tax, we should give it to the states to compensate them for performing the state functions unlawfully and unconstitutionally usurped by the federal government.
