The Church created Caesar, why does the Church answer to Caesar? What is it the Church possesses that belongs to Caesar? What should the Church render unto Caesar? Nothing. And I’m curious, just where does the money go when I pay my $100 fine for not buckling-up? Shouldn’t the purpose of a fine be to pay back the one that I injured? Who does an unbuckled seat-belt harm? Seems to me someone is making a lot of money forcing me to be safe. You know what they say, “Follow the money.” I have often wondered if cops get a commission on the tickets they write.
